The initial meeting is absolutely free!
Is there a fee for preparing a price for my project?
The only cost that you may have to incur would be toward an architect for conceptual sketches that create the foundation for an accurate estimate.
Do I need an architect for construction drawings for my project?
This will depend on the complexity and scope of the project.
Do you offer design services?
We do have in- house design capabilities and have also teamed up with design professionals who we can engage toward the planning of your project.
How are my project payments structured?
We will determine an up-front payment structure where payment matches progress.
How firm is the price I will be given?
The price determined up front for your project is exactly what you will pay upon completion. Sometimes in the contract we will define cost parameters for certain finish material types within what is called an “allowance.”
Can I get a certificate for the construction services insurance The Builders, LLC carries?
Absolutely!
Can I speak to past customers?
Yes. We have a list of references we will be happy to share with you.
Can you meet a deadline?
We will embed a start and end date in your contract and have a long history of project completion with days to spare!
How do I get started in the remodeling process?
